Payment
Payment is required at the end of each session payable by cash or cheque.
However, for those students who have booked a series of regular sessions, payment may be made at the end of each month by cash or cheque.
Where online tutoring is carried out, an agreement must be signed and a deposit is required prior to any tuition commencing. Following each session, you will be invoiced using ‘Paypal’, this allows you to pay directly using your credit or debit card.
Payment is required strictly within 10 days from the date of invoice.
Cancellations
Should you be unable to attend your lesson/assessment, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible, with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to half the hourly fee.
